3. All employees must wear labor protection equipment as required before starting work, maintain cleanliness and tidiness, and establish a good image of the unit. The leaders in charge of each department must inspect the wearing and use of labor protection equipment by the personnel in their positions at any time, and punish those who do not correct improper use after education.
4. For labor protection equipment that is damaged, lost, or loses its proper function due to special work circumstances or after emergency or disaster relief, the person in charge can apply and obtain a visa from the supervisor. With the approval of the competent department, they can be scrapped, reissued, or replaced in advance.
5. Purchasing personnel must purchase qualified labor protection equipment, and the storage personnel must conduct inspection before distribution. After passing the inspection, they must be classified and stored to prevent deterioration and failure, and an account should be established and registered.
6. Warehouse management personnel should strictly follow the requisition procedures, regulations, and standards for distribution; Any item that is required to be exchanged for new must be handed in for new; Any items lost due to improper storage shall be depreciated and compensated based on their original value and expected service life.
7. When leaving the post during the usage period, each employee shall handle the cancellation procedures with the competent department in accordance with the regulations of the unit for the labor protection equipment they receive, and discount it at a certain proportion.
